A species created by Lunatic, the sealed God of Lunacy, and one of the central pillars of his forces. They are beings in whom wickedness has taken physical form.
Each Vice presides over a malevolent concept that exists in the world, and is able to wield a unique ability rooted in that concept. In terms of physical characteristics, they share a structure similar to that of Naturers — yet they do not belong to the realm of natural concepts. Vices are beings constituted on the basis of concepts that betray the order of the world — that is, concepts that have broken free from the natural flow of things — and it is precisely because they are fundamentally at odds with the order of IDET that they are not Naturers.
Vices harbor intense hatred toward every being except Lunatic and his forces, and worship and follow only their creator, Lunatic.
Their society is governed by a strict hierarchy. The more powerful and far-reaching the harmful concept a Vice presides over, the higher their rank. Ranks are divided into Supreme, High, Mid, and Low Vices; and the Vice of Chaos, the Vice of Fear, and the Vice of Curses have held the position of Supreme Vice across generations. The three Supreme Vices are Vices of exceptional ability who are trusted by Lunatic, and are looked upon by lower-ranked Vices with either admiration or resentment.
Vices hold dominance over the Anima — the monster army created by Lunatic — and exploit them as subordinates.
